I went in for a jewelry repair. The customer service was excellent. I was greeted promptly and she was thorough in taking all the information needed to get my bracelet fixed. The price was reasonable and I look forward to doing business with them!

My experience at Orloff Jewelers was great! I worked with Ronda on getting a customized engagement ring and my now fiancé absolutely loved it. She was awesome in answering any questions we had during the ring selection process and we never felt rushed in the slightest, it was a very comfortable, welcoming experience. The whole staff is very friendly and always looking to make sure you're being taken care of. I highly recommend!
